Majer's Ethiopia Sidamo G2 Coffee is a specialty Arabica with a score of 84.5.
It comes from the Guji area, in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia. Here, smallholder farmers grow coffee on iron-rich volcanic soils. The cherries are hand-picked only when ripe, then washed with a long fermentation and sun-dried on raised beds.
In the cup, it has lively acidity and intense floral and citrus aromas of orange and bergamot, with notes of candied fruit and spice. The body is light and clean.
Packaged with an inner aluminium pouch.
