Among the high-quality products we have selected (Chianina, Fassona), we also offer Wagyu Beef (authentic and certified), a highly prized Japanese meat.
To offer grilled cuisine in Venice, we chose the Josper oven, which allows us to cook meat, fish, and vegetables while preserving their original freshness without adding fats or oils. Following this philosophy, we always serve a fresh dish of excellent and refined quality, made exclusively on the day, like our homemade pasta! Every dish can be paired with a natural wine passionately selected by us.
