Guatemala Coffee

Majer Guatemala Genuine Antigua Whole Bean Coffee is naturally grown in the mountains of Guatemala surrounding the capital city of Antigua. The climate of the region is ideal for coffee cultivation, influenced by the humid oceanic air of the Caribbean archipelago.

The alternation of wet and dry seasons is essential for uniform ripening. Coffee plants are grown on natural soil, shaded by spontaneous vegetation, with a constant humidity of around 65%. These conditions give the coffee a full, velvety body, a rich and lively aroma, and good acidity. The fragrance of this coffee is intensely floral, vibrant, and expressive. In the cup, this refined coffee shows excellent body and is best enjoyed as a single origin, as it is full, complex, and consistently well balanced.

A constant humidity level of around 65% allows this coffee to develop a rich aroma, good acidity and a light, elegant flavor. It releases an intensely floral, fragrant, and expressive bouquet.
