These fine green-bluish beans are mostly cultivated in traditional shade-grown plantations on volcanic soil, nourished by frequent and abundant rainfall. Strictly hand-harvested and patiently sun-dried with great care, Majer Nicaragua SHG Special is considered among the finest coffees in the world.
The aromatic profile is floral, with notes of almond, chocolate, spices, and tropical fruit.
