Majer's Santo Domingo Barahona AA Coffee is made from washed Arabica.

This coffee comes from the Barahona region, in the south-west of the Dominican Republic. The plantations lie on mountain slopes overlooking the Caribbean Sea, between 1,200 and 1,500 metres, where the climate and soil favour a slow, even ripening of the coffee cherries.

The AA grade indicates a selection of the largest beans.

It is characterised by a balanced, pleasant and lingering aroma, free of bitter notes, with medium acidity and a rich, enveloping body. A harmonious, rounded coffee, ideal for those looking for balance and smoothness in the cup.
