Colombian Arabica grows at high altitude on small farms, is carefully hand-harvested, and processed using the wet method. The main production area lies along the Andean mountain range known as the “coffee zone” (Zona Cafetera); Armenia, Manizales, and Medellín are the areas of origin. Coffee from the Medellín area is known as COLOMBIA MEDELLIN SUPREMO, a designation that indicates the large bean size and the careful quality selection that must meet the highest standards for this prized coffee.

The favorable climatic conditions, with temperatures ranging between 8 and 24°C, the geographic setting—tropical Andean woodland at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,700 meters—and the geological characteristics all contribute to the production of coffee of exceptional and refined quality.
Colombian coffee is delicate and light, appreciated all over the world. Its aroma is rich and well-balanced, with a pronounced body and notable fullness. The acidity ranges from light to medium, and the cup yield is decidedly favorable. While maintaining its lightness, this coffee offers a persistent flavor, slightly fruity, yet clean on the palate.

Its intense fragrance and smooth taste recall the origins of this precious coffee: the vast plantations of a generous and beautiful land.

Majer Colombia Supremo Especial Coffee is made from washed Arabica coffee sourced from the Colombian region. The alternation of wet and dry seasons is essential for uniform ripening, resulting in a sweet, delicate, clean, and fruity flavor profile.
