Sandalj Nepal Mt. Everest Washed Supreme coffee is a single-origin grown naturally in Bidur, in the Nuwakot district, on the slopes of the Ganesh Himal. A rural, protected area where the mountain environment and lack of contamination allow the coffee to develop a clean and elegant profile.


The plants grow across 72 shaded hectares at an altitude between 800 and 1100 meters. Cultivation takes place without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, respecting the local ecosystem. The variety is Caturra and the processing is washed, with a 12-hour fermentation that enhances aromatic finesse and clarity in the cup.
As an espresso, it offers great aromatic structure and excellent balance: a cocoa base, notes of caramelized citrus peel and a light hint of mountain herbs. The aftertaste is very persistent, elegant and clean.
