The taste is refined but waith character and very soft structure due to the long natural leavening.
It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats.
It is 100% handmade and therefore entirely handmade.

Queen wheat flour (common yeast or ground wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt,
flavorings, enzymes, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), butter, eggs, sugar, whole milk, common wheat flour 0,
brewer’s yeast, flavourings: Burbon Madagascar vanilla.
The Product retains its characteristics for 45 days if stored in the ingredients in bold comply with the provisions of EC Regulation 1169/2011.
